Hydrotherapy is the use of water to maintain health or promote healing. Hydrotherapy complements and enhances your spa services. Silvana's trained staff will recommend treatments to help you look and feel your very best.

Lie down and drift away while water cascades over your body in warm streams of relaxation. The Vichy shower consists of a wet treatment massage table and a six head shower system. Developed in the spas of France, these luxurious hydrotherapy treatments detoxify and deeply relax you both physically and mentally.

A therapist kneads the muscles of your neck, back and shoulders while delightful warm, streams of rain and steam work to relax mind and body. Alternating temperatures from warm to cool enhances oxygen flow for a revitalizing effect.

Breathe deep and sit back as warm mists and cleansing Aroma-Therapy vapors relax muscles and purify the body.
