Spa Policies

Cancellation Policy

We ask that all salon and spa reservations requiring an hour of service time or more be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card or gift card. If you find that you must reschedule your reservation please keep these guidelines in mind:

• We require 24 hours notice for rescheduling or canceling a reservation.
• You have guaranteed your reservation with a major credit card or gift card which will be billed or redeemed for 50% of the service if adequate notice is not received.
• If you have reserved two hours of spa services or more we require 48 hours notice for changes or cancellation.
• Non-appearance for a reservation with a gift card will result in a charge of 100% of the service reserved.

Our cancellation protocol ensures that we can continue to offer you the best service by skilled professionals. We appreciate your understanding.

Payments Accepted

Accepted payments are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit Card, Gift Card, Cash or Checks. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.

Services Policy

We provide a 100% guarantee on all of our services within 48 hours after they were received.

Product Guarantee and Return Privileges

Please let us know if a product does not meet your expectations so that we may be able to suggest an excellent alternative to fit your needs. We guarantee your satisfaction with our products up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Product may be returned within 14 days for an exchange.

Spa Check-In

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your spa reservation to fill out any necessary paperwork.

Cell Phones and Pagers

Before entering the day spa we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off so that we can maintain a tranquil atmosphere for all spa guests.

Children

The spa or salon is not an appropriate place for young children unless they are receiving a service. We ask that all guests refrain from bringing children along with them for any of our services.

Gratuities

Our staff is always grateful for the acknowledgement of superior service that is symbolized by a gratuity paid by Cash or Check…Not Charge.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased at Silvana's Day Spa & Salon or online. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. They can be redeemed for services and retail products. They must be presented at the time of service and must be in the gift card user’s name. If you cannot use your gift card, you can transfer it to a friend.

Your Health & Well-Being

We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medications as there may be contraindication to some services. Prior to your service, you may be required to complete a new guest form where you can indicate if you have any medical conditions.

Please advise us if you have any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant.

Your Valuables

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. When coming in for spa services we prefer you leave all valuables at home but If you do bring valuables to the spa, please keep them with you during services.

Pricing Policy

All prices, services and hours of operation at Silvana’s Day Spa & Salon are subject to change without notification. We close for major holidays and extreme weather conditions.

Friday: 9 am to 6pm
Saturday: 8:30 am to 4 pm
Closed: Sunday & Monday
